6.2 Order cancellation
Customers can cancel their order at any time before shipping. If you want to cancel your order, please contact our Support Center. However, once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, changed or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our guarantee and return policy comes into force.

Both parties agree that once the order has been shipped, the transport is the sole responsibility of the external logistics company. 7.5 We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and can either send your order to you at home or to your workplace. The address of the post office boxes is accepted, with the exception of express shipping. Express items of this type can only be delivered to physical addresses.
7.6 Shipping and delivery times are calculated on working days from Monday to Friday. For important public holidays such as Christmas and the Chinese New Year, please allow additional delivery time. During these special occasions we will provide guidance to account for possible delays.
7.7 Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery addresses. OutdoorTide cannot make changes to your delivery address after a package has been dispatched. OutdoorTide is not responsible for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.
7.8 All orders that are reported as "delivered" by shipping companies are deemed to have been delivered. In this case, OutdoorTide cannot be held liable for non-delivery.
7.9 If a delivery fails for any reason and the address sent to the customer was the correct address provided by the customer, OutdoorTide cannot be held responsible if a package is returned.

7.11 Due to current international trade embargoes and sanctions, a limited number of countries are subject to limited shipping restrictions. These include: Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, and Sudan. Orders with delivery addresses within these countries can only be accepted if they contain clothing products and nothing else.
8.About Customs Tax
When buying imported goods or services, you may have to pay taxes that are regulated by state law. OutdoorTide is not responsible for any form of custom duty or tax levied on items purchased from OutdoorTide. 8.1 OutdoorTide cannot be held responsible for packages that do not get through local customs and are destroyed because the item is illegal in the destination country. Customers are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws. We also cannot be held responsible for any import taxes incurred and it is the customer's sole responsibility to pay such fee if applicable. Please note that shipping insurance does not cover customs issues including, but not limited to, goods that are destroyed or seized due to their illegal status in a particular destination country.

If you are not completely satisfied when you receive your products, you can return the items for a refund within 45 days. The return takes about 5 working days once the goods have arrived. The exact length depends on the payment provider used (e.g. PayPal, credit card company, etc.).
